Terms and Conditions of the "Free Shipping" Promotion

  1. The organizer of the promotion is the online store www.bivrost.pro belonging to BIVROST Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw (01-445), at E. Ciolka 13/310.
  2. The promotion includes free delivery on all Products available in the Online Store.
  3. A discount is available to every customer who has purchased a Product and enters the discount code.
  4. The discount is granted after accepting the discount code.
  5. The discount code is valid until its expiry date, each time specified on the product or store page.
  6. To use the discount code, on the website www.bivrost.pro, add the selected Product to the basket, then paste the code in the basket in the field to enter the code and activate it by clicking the "Confirm" button. The total amount of the order will be reduced by the shipping cost.
  7. Only one discount code can be activated in the cart.
  8. The discount cannot be exchanged for a cash or material equivalent.
  9. The Organizer is not responsible for incorrect use of the Promotion.
  10. Participant's participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of the promotion rules contained in these Regulations and the Regulations of the Store.
  11. Personal data of Promotion participants will be used based on applicable law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC and the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.
  12. Any complaints, reservations or comments regarding the promotion may be submitted in writing or sent by mail within 14 days from the end of the validity of the discount code to the following address: hello@bivrost.pro.
  13. The Promotion Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulations in the event of an important reason understood as:
  14. changing the legal provisions regulating the rules and organization of the Promotion, affecting the mutual rights and obligations of the organizer and Promotion participants;
  15. extending or shortening the term of the Promotion;
  16. change in the manner of conducting the Promotion due to technical or technological reasons.
  17. In the event of a change in the Regulations, the Organizer will provide the consolidated text of the Regulations by publishing it in the Store. The amendment to the Regulations does not affect the orders placed as part of the Promotion before the change is made.
  18. For all matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the website regulations available at https://bivrost.pro/pages/terms and generally applicable provisions of Polish law shall apply.
